Yocan evolve plus XL just blinks 3 times

Hello I currently have a yocan evolve plus XL. My battery is fully charged and it just blinks 3 times I have tried using other coils and even a different top from my boyfriends same yocan. I'm not sure if the battery is just dead or if there's any way I can fix it could you please help me? thank you very much

Please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points.
Or install another QUAD coil to have a try.
