Yocan Evolve Plus wont heat wax, how to fix this problem?

Hi, I've had a problem with my Yocan Evolve Plus. I've used it only four times, charged it three at the most. As of yesterday, it appears to be charging but I can't switch it on any more. The light doesn't come on (turn on light; the red charging light works) and it doesn't heat. Can you please help!
Answer:
If flashing 3 times, please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points.
Or install a brand new coil to have a try.
