I just bought yocan delux mod kit. Charged the mod fully, the oil mod works perfect so does the charging but the concentrate mod will not turn on. I was going to turn it on to clean it before my first use, but the white light by the button just blinks. Then once I go to turn it off the button blinks red. I’ve used your product for the last five years I finally decided to upgrade and now it doesn’t work I hope I hear from you guys soon.

Please check how many times does the light blinks?
If 3 times or 5 times means your mod battery wont detect the wax atomizer.
Please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points.
