Why Yocan Armor flash 10 times

I have the YOCAN Armor vaporizer. I am not quite sure what is wrong with it. When I plug it in, it lights up all three dots one by one but when it hits the last one, it blinks 4 times and then all three dots proceed to blink about ten-ish times. What does this mean? Please let me know! Thank you!
