Am I supposed to tap my concentrate or hold the Yocan Dive ceramic tip to it?

itd a brand new yocan dive dab pen that i bought last night. i barely can get a hit on it. even on high setting. am I supposed to tap my concentrate or hold the ceramic tip to it?

Please hold the Yocan Dive tip to dab the concentrate.
And keep hold the fire button when you inhale.
