How to fix Yocan UNI Pro short-circuit error?

Hi my Yocan UNI Pro keeps saying SORTED I have only had it a month
Please clean the contact points of the adapter.
Or try to pick out the adapter, and hit the fire button, check if the battery occurred short or not?
If possible, please make a short video and send it to me.
