Yocan kodo flash 5 time, how to fix it?

My Yocan kodo is charged but I have three blinking lights five times. What does that mean? I also need instructions for proper use. I've been through so many batteries I can't remember if I press 10 times to turn it on? Or 6? Please help.

The Yocan Kodo flash 5 times means the battery wont detect the vape cartridges.
It's flash 10 times means time to charge your device.
