My Yocan wild uni is falling apart has it for a day I had to tape it up I would like a new one please

If you drop it by yourself, our after-sale team may reject your request.
If it flashes 3 times means short-circuit error, flash 5 times means the battery wont detect the vape cartridge.
Please try to clean the contact points, or install a brand new vape cartridge.
If you have tried above vape tips, it's still wont work, please contact our after-sale team
