How to fix Yocan Falcon blinking white 3 times?

just got my Yocan falcon,charged it used once and now it's saying or blinking white 3 times. even with the atomizer never used. used the pancake dry on white once. what should I do do it sees atomizer?

The Yocan Falcon flashing 3 times means it wont detect the atomizer.
Please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points.
