Why the Yocan Dive Mini flashes 3 times once install the collector?

I have the dive mini and the collector tip it came with doesn’t work the device flashes blue three times and I bought another brand new tip and that one does the same thing? The regular coil works just fine but the nectar collector tips don’t work
Answer:
If you have used this collector more than 2 weeks, please consider to change a brand new one.
think this Dive Mini collector is broken.
Please can you make a short video and send it to me.
