yocan evolve 3 in 1 vape kit button get suck

Hello I bought a yocan evolve 3 in 1 at my local store and I went to use it today and the button got stuck inside and now doesn’t work, I haven’t dropped it or anything so I have no idea why it happened, it’s upsetting because this is only like my 5th time using it. I tried to contact yocan sales and they told me to contact you for my warranty

Please try to use a pair of tweezers or pliers to turn the firing stuck button counterclockwise a few times.
