Question about the Yocan UNI Pro charge status.

Hey my Yocan UNI Pro Box Mod just turned off out of nowhere and it won’t turn on when I charged it for almost 2 hours now ? What should I do? I just bought this maybe last month at my local vape shop

Please check the screen display info when charging Yocan UNI Pro device.
Any information when you charge it?
Usually, there is a battery icon displayed on screen when you charge it, as above photo show.
If the digital screen wont turn on, your battery was dead.
Please contact our after-sale team to claim warranty.
