I just bought a Uni S and I verified my security code as a genuine Yocan device - how do I make sure I get the warranty for it? Thanks!

When you want to claim warranty, please contact the after-sale team at [email protected] directly, and send the receipt, the authentic code, and a video of the vape device to them.
Our after-sale staff will assist you to claim warranty.
So, please keep your authentic code and receipt (the photo of the receipt is OK).
