The Yocan Evolve Plus keeps flashing

If you are a newbie dab pen, please read this thread from one of Yocan fan.
Hi everyone, let me start off by saying I love your products.. but I am having problems with the evolve plus vaporizer, it keeps flashing as if the battery is dead but it is fully charged. It is only about 5 weeks old, and this is the second device this same issue has happened. I tried bringing it back to the store I purchased it at but they won’t even look at it, they have a sign hanging saying no returns or exchanges. I can send you a video if you would like of it and how the lights blink.
Answer:
Yocan Evolve Plus flashs 3 time means short-circuit error.
Please try to use a q-tip clean the contact point.
Or install a brand new coil or atomizer.
