How do i turn the Yocan Evolve on?

How do i turn it on, how do i know its on, can i change the tempature. How do i do everything else its suppose to do? Why are there no instructions?

Turn it on by 5 clicks of the fire button.
The Yocan Evolve does not preset the temperature control function. If you want this function, please have a glance at Yocan Armor Plus.
