The Yocan evolve plus button stuck

Just bought this Yocan evolve plus wax pen and now the button stuck although I didn’t buy it online through you is there anyway I can fix this problem
here are some vape tips:
Remove the tank from the Yocan evolve plus battery.
Use a pair of tweezers or pliers to turn the firing stuck button counterclockwise a few times.
The button on your Yocan evolve plus should now be unstuck from the battery.
