Yocan Vane wont turn on

Here is a question from a Yocan Vane fan.
If your vane vaporizer also have similar problem, please read this thread.
His/her question as below:
my vane dry herb vaporizer is not working anymore. It says its charging but won't turn on
Answer:
Please check the charge port and the type-c cable.
By the way, did the OLED display charging when you plugged the cable or not?
If not, this battery has some problem.
