How to claim warranty from Yocan

I bought an Evolve 2020 version in gold on 11/5/20 and the battery no longer works. This is my second Evolve 2020 (other one is blue) and the top portion of the gold one works fine on the blue battery. So, how can I get a replacement gold battery? Thank you, Connie
