The Yocan Torch wont fully charged

I have the torch and after I tried to charge it the red light won't go off on the battery no matter what I do

Please check the indicator light when you charging it.
The charging time is approximately 90 minutes.
If your charge time longer than 90 min, please check the USB cable and charge port.
