Yocan Regen vape pen can't charge

Just purchased yocan regen about two weeks ago. Already having problems with the charger tried multiple cords can get to charge at all. Ive had the evolve plus for about a year and never had any problems. Whats up with that

1. Check the indicator light on or off when you charging your device.
The Yocan Regen light will shut off once its fully charged.
