Yocan UNI flashing 3 times

I purchased a Yocan Uni about a year ago. The device only flashes 3 lights and won't turn on. And yes, it's fully charged with the original wire.

Unscrew the adapter and try it at various unscrewed points.
Some just needed to be untightened ever so little
