Why Yocan UNI can't compatible with some of vape cartridge?

I have a UNI vaporizer. Was working fine. Inserted a new cartridge and the unit wouldn’t heat. Tried the old one again, heated fine. What could it be? The magnet seems to connect ok.

As for the Yocan UNI vape cartridge compatible issue, most of the 510 thread vape cartridges can fit this device.
But part of the vape cartridge, the contact point is smaller than normal, and the bottom of the center pin is also lower than normal vape cartridges.
Please can you send me the photo of the bottom of this cartridge.
