Yocan Evolve turn red indicator light

Hello there, I have been using one of your products name Yocan Evolve. It has been a nice experience so far and I have been happy with my purchase of your product. However, I have been having some issues with the battery. After I charge it for several hours I try to vape, but when I press the button it turns red immediately. I don't think it's the charger because the light turn green on the charger. I purchased this product about a year ago and I don't think I've used it enough to mess it up somehow. I was wondering if maybe this is a common issue with these products? If so, maybe there is a way to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot, and hope you are staying safe during these times.

As for the red indicator light when you hit the fire button, I think it namal.
