Though not specifically prohibited in checked baggage by US or international regulations, the FAA strongly recommends that these devices only be carried in the aircraft cabin (in carry-on baggage or on your person). So it's possible to carry on your Pax, as long as it has no trace of marijuana in it.

Can you fly with Pax 3?
If your vaporizer has a built-in battery, like e.g. in PAX 3 Vaporizer, it's best to keep the device in your hand luggage. When you go through the security control at the airport, your vaporizer won't attract any special attention of the staff because it's not considered a dangerous item.
