You have to purchase those items firstly, just go shop.uooce.org place your order. Then the gift card (equal the order amount) will be sent to your UOOCE account once you get the package.

Join our UOOCE New Vendor Program(UNVP), just fill out the form. All applications will be reviewed by UOOCE Wholesale team ASAP. You will be notificated once the samples are shipped out.
