Suorin Drop blinking blue indicates the same issue that occurs with the Suorin Air blinking blue. Try cleaning the battery posts on the battery and the pod connections with a cotton swab to get rid of any vape juice that may have leaked out.

This is due to a safety precaution for both you and the device. Too much at once could damage your lungs, and if the device continues to heat too long, the battery could be damaged.
Theoretically you could take a hit, wait for the cut off, then take another hit.
