How do I turn on Canna River HHC disposable vapes?

When charging, the light will stay ON. When done charging, the light will turn OFF. When the device is low battery, the light will flash 10 times.

With the drug test, my husband tried this for a week (he doesn't use anything else) and it did show up, just an FYI! Canna River- lemon and the mango ones. We tried on a few different home tests and they all popped for it.
