In Oregon, inhalable products such as vape cartridges are prohibited from containing artificially derived cannabinoids according to the state's law. Moreover, synthetic CBC fails to meet the requirements of the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) regarding non-cannabis additives in inhalable products and is thus also banned under Oregon law.
