How do you preheat ooze slim twist pen?
Preheat mode, or prep mode, runs at a lower voltage, so simply double-click to run it when you have those annoying clogs that you need to clear from the cartridge. It will be much easier on your lungs and will take a lot less effort. This function is not recommended for heating up a dab, contrary to popular belief.

Why isn't my ooze twist slim pen working?
Make sure the ooze slim twist pen is turned on and the battery is charged. If the pen isn't working, check the cartridge to make sure there is oil in it.
