How to fix Ooze vape pen wont charge?
How to fix Ooze charger lights up but will not charge Battery?

Here is the Ooze vape pen troubleshooting.
1. Make sure the threads are clean. Both the contact point on charger and the Ooze vape battery.
Try to use a q-tip to clean the contact point.
You can use isopropyl alcohol 91% on a QTIP. Clean all metal surfaces on the charger and the battery.
2. Check the charger is dead or not. If you have brand new vape pen, pleass plug in and check it.
3. If not, please check the battery side, check the batteries might be dead.
5 clicks to turn on/off, light on when plug in USB charge.
