The nice thing about the Cookies vape pen is that the voltage can be adjusted lower than the Ooze Slim Twist. However, the Ooze pen only adjusts to 3.3 volts. But the Ooze pen's branding is not as “in your face” as the Cookies', making it a little more inconspicuous.
